We’ve been at this a long time with thousands of patients and have learned a few things over the years. Our staff mirrors our patients (middle-class) and we know for sure how life in the 21st century is sometimes very trying. We are ‘family’ and try to extend the care and service we appreciate ourselves. Most of our staff has been with us for over 8 – 15 years and their working part of their lives is not just punching a clock and going through the motions. Customer Service is not just something we talk about. It is the # 1 priority in everyone’s job description and there is no tolerance for anything short of “doing the next right thing” with all of our patients.
We put family first (yours & ours), we know the value of time and the lack of it in daily living, the entire financial stresses of today (living check to check), and flat out being sincerely kind. We all have to deal with people that are unhappy in their jobs and just do the minimum and are simply stated “jerks”. We guarantee this type of attitude will not happen here.
Are we perfect? No we are human and mistakes occasionally happen. However, we are perfect in always working out a problem to the patients’ satisfaction, guaranteed.
For numerous reasons many of our new patients have not been able to keep up with their oral health and are shocked when they see their suggested treatment plan. We ask them to not be alarmed. They are certainly not alone. By law our dentists must provide a thorough treatment plan of what needs to be done to bring your oral health to the highest level. The law is one thing and reality is another. We believe and state that dental problems are a one-way-street and never get better on their own and usually become more expensive. Our goal with new patients is to take the time to set up a workable game plan or blueprint with their input, which makes sense both from a medical viewpoint and a financial standpoint. It is like building a house. You start with the foundation and as time and money are entered into the equation you build one room at a time. This may take 1-3 years but if both you and us are committed and stick to the blueprint we guarantee you a healthy mouth that usual maintenance should take care of for the rest of your life.
